We conducted a current-state (As-Is) assessment and future-state (To-Be) definition, leading to:

• A digital execution roadmap covering 16 key initiatives,
• KPI frameworks for tracking performance,
• Strategic documentation tied to operational impact.

Structured Execution and Change Enablement

We supported the execution phase with:

• Project charters and RFP development,
• A Digital Demand Management SOP,
• Risk and progress monitoring tools.

To build internal capacity, we deployed our ASPIRE Change Management Methodology, delivered Agile Scrum training, and certified internal teams in change management practices.
